Oct 5th will be the cut over to Google mail - there is some concern over how difficult it will be to have smart phones sync to the new system.Randy is going to get a iphone and blackberry to test and see if there are problems with syncing Google calendar/apps with these phones. There was also some discussion about what to use as the login - the 4x4 (last four/first four) as we use now, or something else - it will be difficult to change the login once its established. Mark said Qwest hasn't ordered their equipment for the new Boise building and he is very concerned as to whether it will arrive and be installed in time. He needs the Qwest equipment to be installed before he can add all the equipment that he needs to install.
