• My staff meeting will be every other Tuesday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
• I will make every effort to keep these to 1 hour - but I can't guarantee it
• There is talk of a 10 - 12% cuts in FY10 budgets
• No cuts in my FY09 budgets but increased scrutiny on Travel and vacancies
• Still Looking hard at Google Aps for F/S and Students - but no decision yet. The new FERPA rules and early interpretations are causing some concerns for even moving students now
• How are we using Word Press?
• It is time to start doing Employee Reviews. If you do reviews you need to attend an HR Training class. More information is supposed to be coming out from HR soon.
• We need to share with Mark N. information about our new video encoding/storage/viewing process. He currently has 10 meg of network bandwidth dedicated to REAL medai viewing from the REAL server. We need to give him a file type and IP to include in the dedicated bandwidth for the new process.
• Speaking of video storage - can we place the order for the server yet? Need to do that this week if possible.
• What is the status on the new bridge?
• What is the latest on Web Conferencing?
• Any news on TIGs?
• New servers for NUMARA are coming - hopefully we get access sometime this semester.
• Round Table.....
