- ISU contends that the Medical study will cost much less than the study shows. All references to a specific university is also removed. The President will basically live in Boise during the legislative session.

- Enrollment projected to be down the next two semesters - budget impact. Scenario for a 5% cut in budgets due
- On-call discussion - sticking point is response time 30 minutes versus 2 hours
- Overtime policy for classified employees. Overtime for any hours worked outside of the normal work hours. First Year Seminar may be impacted in that classified employees will have to be paid time and a half for their work. Plan to be implemented by Jan. 7th. May impact if teaching spring semester.

- 2nd Life for Spring Semester - John Story, would like a lab to have second life installed in one lab. Tony will deploy it for one day in one lab sometime in February or March. Will monitor what impact it has on the Internet.
- Increased bandwidth to be activated by the beginning of the semester. Should have 180 Meg. (145 I1 and 45 meg I2)
- Faculty and Staff will be moving to Unity - new voice mail starting early next year. More information will be coming.
- Number one project on Darl's list is the SAN for Moodle - Helix may be down the road depending on how much time it takes for Moodle
- VPN - Mark providing an option from home. Do we need to have VPN access to our systems?
- Guest access to wireless Internet to Boise will likely be part of the Jbil building
- John Story to demo Second Life in one lab for one day - Kregg any news?
- Enrollment Mgmt advisement group has been formed - Randy on the committee (Randy looking for ideas to improve enrollment anyone has - send any idea you have to him)
- 750 grades not entered by the deadline - still today over 400 grades not entered yet.
- Governor proposing 5% increase in salary but increased insurance premium probably going to happen
- Holt arena improvement coming for a vote - ISU in favor of this
